  • Supervised processes to eliminate weak points or bottlenecks in business operations.
  • Currently run QB for Amnesty. This Job consist of monitoring pods , drives and AFM (Amnesty Floor Monitors) to ensure all customer orders are being picked in a safe and timely manner. I provide shot calls to my AFM on high priority issues on the floor and making sure all pods can travel the floor without any delay which would cause Amazon to miss CPT. As a QB I am tasked with removing shipment from Pods that are offline or lost and creating trouble tickets for tracking and putting in work orders to RME that cannot be solved in a timely manner or is outside of our training.
  • Floor leader tasked with monitoring pickers and counters by staffing accordingly based off of rate and process path. I provide each associate metrics that will help improve productivity and quality to ensure Amazon meets customer demands. Floor leaders clear jams so that stations do not halt pick production. As a floor leader I manage and staff indirect roles such as Tote Runners and Water Spiders who replenish totes used within ARSAW stations and at Universal stations. Water Spiders pick up totes with picked items and place them on the conveyor in a timely manner so that they may be inducted , packed and shipped out in a timely manner.
  • I provide and discuss metrics and safety concerns with operation leaders throughout the night to eliminate barriers for not only myself but for all associates.
  • I deliver apollo audits and GCA's (Guided Coaching Audits) to associates on their weak points to help remove barriers and to improve overall production. These audits focus on quality , safety and productivity such as Takt time, processing exceptions , body mechanics and more which have proven most helpful to all associates who struggle within their process path.
  • Daily deep diving when given a new project or task to find new and better ways to keep track of metrics and other issues that may impact department processes.
