Summary
Started fly fishing in 2018, after years of spin/ gear fishing. After a few years into it, I got the opportunity to work at a local fly shop.
I assisted customers with setups, gear, and fly selection for both local and destination fishing trips. Working there i learned about different types of rods/reels, and fishing methods. Along with Learning how to rig/ spool fly reels, Build leaders, and basic fly tying. Through working there i had the opportunity to get my captains license, and started guiding trips for Carp, Skipjack, and White bass. In September of this year i left shop to move to Panama City FL to start learning the water down here to guide for Redfish, and Tarpon. I'm excited for the opportunity guide in AK and think id be a valuable part of your team. Thanks!
