Senior Chief Engineer for a portfolio of several hi-rise commercial buildings in the DFW area.

Responsible for managing the daily duties of the site engineers reporting to me.

Responsible for approving new lease construction plans for each building and managing to a successful completion each project.

Responsible for managing the completion of the annual JLL Engineering audits for each site in my portfolio.

Jones Lang La Salle Americas December 2007- December 20017:

JLL was awarded the Facilities and Engineering contract to provide worldwide Facilities and Engineering services, I was retained as the Chief Engineer for the Dallas Headquarters campus a 29-acre campus with 2,500 employees. And was responsible for the additional buildings off campus.

JLL was awarded the Xerox Facilities and Engineering contract as a client of Affiliated Computer Services to manage services to a portfolio 360 sites across the US with many Critical Environment sites for clients with an uptime requirement of 24/7/365.

Responsible for managing the daily duties of the site engineers reporting to me.

Responsible for writing the MOP for each scheduled preventative maintenance session on all Critical Environment Equipment on site, submitting to the Director of Engineering for approvals.

Responsible for performing root cause analyses and providing written report for failures.
