Kenneth Ramos

I started working at The Dixie Group as a warehouse associate, where I developed skills in the correct and safe use of various machines, such as cutting and packaging machines, as well as forklift operation and techniques for loading cargo and working in a team.
After approximately eleven months in the warehouse associate position, I was promoted to the position of shipping coordinator, which I have held to this day. In this role, I have improved my teamwork skills, working closely with different departments, developed customer service skills, and gained the ability to identify and resolve problems related to shipments and deliveries, improving communication between carrier companies and the customer, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
