Kenneth Reis

After a year of working with the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office, I am eager to continue growing and expanding my knowledge within the department. Crisis negotiation has always been an area of great interest to me, even before I began my career here. Over the past year working behind the wall, I have successfully de-escalated numerous situations and developed valuable communication skills that have strengthened my ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. I am now ready to take the next step in my professional development and further my education within the MSO.
