  • Taking Level II MACSS (Missouri Automated Child Support System) help desk calls from the customer if they cannot handle these calls from their helpdesk
  • I work writing COBOL programs and coding COBOL using IEF Toolset (CA Gen) for the MACSS Child Support System along with other IT duties
  • I write JCL, PROCS, PARMS, and other programming information needed for CICS/DB2 programming
  • I am currently on the All Fusion Gen Team
  • This team’s function is to generate, migrate, and maintain All Fusion/Cool Gen code in the CE Encyclopedia for all regions of MACSS DB2 and maintain version control of all encyclopedia models
  • Write SPUFIS (SQL Processing using file input) to query the DB2 tables in our system in order to understand and analyze system problems that occur in our automated system
  • Log detailed problems and work tickets in our JIRA work ticketing system that are logged by our customer and other agencies
  • I also designed the JIRA workflows and system setup for ITSD-DSS MACSS
  • Read system specifications and determine whether child support business needs are being met
  • Write test case scenarios and built test cases in three different test database regions for the purpose of testing changes to our system made for the MACSS Refactor and Modernization Project
  • Work as a Business and Systems Analyst for the entire Financial program for the Family Support Division – Child Support system
  • This Financial Program encompasses over half of the Child Support business and system
  • Our annual budget is over $100 million per year and last fiscal year we collected over $650 million in child support for families
