Streamlined the Defense Reutilization Marketing Office (DRMO), equipment turn-in process, shipping, receiving, inventory, and the storing of received assets.
  • Manages accountability, location, and status of all Thin Clients (WYSE 507s and 3000S), Printers, Servers, Switches within the Commands, to include Fly Away Kits (FAK) using the Service Now Database System, as well manage resolved Logistic Service Request Tickets on US BICES, Classified Network, Service Now.
  • Employ the USBICES Service Portal for purchase request (Procurement), the tracking of equipment from the Vendors warehouse to GDIT main Northern Central Receiving (NCR) Warehouse and upload all associated documents for historical facts.

  • Served as the Logistic Lead, Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NATO Special Operational Headquarters (NSHQ) located on SHAPE and the NSHQ Special Operation School (NSOS) located on Chievres Air Base.
  • Providing both locations comprised of 400 plus staff consisting of US Military and Civilians, NATO Nations Militaries, Civilians and Students with direct support. Maintains daily collaboration with the Headquarters Support Detachment (HSD) Warehouse Manager and the Property Book Office (PBO) in support of the Service Desk, Systems, and Networks teams to fulfill the contractual duties stated in the Program of Work.
  • Provided immediate impact within the first 120 days by assuming the duty position of the Procurement office and Logistic Technician developing a Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs). This included a standard rotation of personnel between SHAPE and NSOS with the intent of all technicians being able to assist at either location when required.
  • Developed processes and procedures during the periods of 2015-2022 for Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) of equipment within NSHQ and NSOS. Supported the requirements for a variety of equipment and the installation of new equipment while simultaneously tracking the old equipment being prepared for disposal.
  • Maintaining the US Military database system (PROVANCE) in conjunction with GCSS-A AESIP and AESIP LIW-DST in order to provide updated accurate information to provide to the PBO and ensure that services, maintenance and requests are being followed according to Government policies.
