Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner. Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs all hotel equipment, including kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms. Maintains rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as needed.
