Accomplishments

I led the team to accomplish the first main propulsion diesel overhaul on a US Navy ship while it was underway. Led a crew of employees and subcontractors to accomplish the disassembly, offloading of parts, overhauling of parts back at the shop, onloading of parts, reassemble of the engine, and testing.

I led the OSM shop in accomplishing the first waterjet replacement on the LCS class vessels. Offered ideas and processes that were implemented in future repairs.
