- Start purging the crawfish to get prepared for cooking.
- I purge 50-60 pounds of crawfish.
- I do anything else that needs to be done around the restaurant for example, dishes, take trash out, help in kitchen, bus tables, and shuck oysters.
- Wilfong's is open Friday night thru Sunday night 9weejkends only) and I work 35-40 hours every weekend.
