Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, will be responsible for assisting with account closures project.

• Coordinates works stream processes withing FCC and other groups
• Participates or leads AML project initiatives to drive process improvements
• Partner with multiple teams to review policies and practices
• Assists managers and chief AML officer with other duties as assigned
• Manages list accounts to comply with compliance and verify CIP issues.
• Track spreadsheet and audit accounts thoroughly to ensure an accurate report.
• Draft letters to the correspondents or account holders.

To support financial advisors on variety of topics within the New Accounts and Direct Business department that range in complexity.

• Provide an excellence experience and support with an accurate information and updated policies and regulations.
• Assist the clients with new account creations, account applications and other legal documentations that are needed for account creation.
• Help advisors to maintain good records of information that complies with customer identification program (CIP) by keeping the account current and in good order.
• Work as part of a team with similar duties and focus that varies in daily basis.
• Collaborating with other internal departments to achieve a resolution for the caller
• Weekly and monthly meeting with the manager to ensure success and achieve goals.

Provide top leads to client by engaging advertisements, generating B2B phone calls and creating emails and promotional literature.

• Takes in bound and out bound call with an average 200+ calls per day
• Email advertisements and brochures
• Ensure applicants qualifications are eligible
• Cold calls

Delivered exceptional customer service on collection calls and maintained calm and professional demeanor, Achieved performance goals on consistent basis by taking inbound and outbound calls with an average calls over 200+ per day.

• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
