Responsible for the daily management of 378 personnel and 34 rotary wing aircraft.
  • Analyzed, developed and managed the personnel onboarding program for Fort Polk, resulting in a restructure that increased efficiency by 25%.
  • Catalyst for change, oversaw and guided the modernization of the opposing force aircraft assigned to Fort Polk. Ensured the divestment of twelve OH-58s for nine LUH-72 aircraft and supporting equipment in accordance with all Army policies and directives without degradation to daily operations.
