• Managed Resource Allocation, Procurement, Materials, and Inventory groups supporting $4B of capital & operational acquisitions in support of the newest commercial uranium enrichment facility in the Americas. Ninth in a long line of directors that did not deliver the desired results. Project was delivered ahead of original scheduled operational activation and $190M under budget.
• Managed Business and Procurement change management efforts necessary to ensure linkage into performance strategies and facilitate smooth transitions across business segments while staffing/implementing a formal Supplier Relationship Management functionality necessary to develop and maintain closer partnerships with key and critical suppliers.
