I have extensive experience managing public works, school districts, and maintenance of new construction projects. Currently manage a team of 30 employees, overseeing maintenance, budgets, and construction project management for 25 buildings and two sections. Additionally, I have managed 40 school sites and 130 employees, and I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facilities maintenance department. I have also played a key role in modernization, capital improvement, and deferred maintenance projects for Torrance Unified School District. In my previous role as a General Foreman, I was in charge of all construction operations, including bids, payroll, labor, RFI's, addendums, safety meetings, construction meetings, and training of new employees.
