• Reported equipment failures and out of service games to management, oversaw attractions including bumper cars and laser tag, cashier in redemption room, worked the bowling desk and met customer needs related to the bowling alley, ensure safety requirements for the ropes course and rock climbing, open and close the establishment, restock prizes and update supply quantities in system, train new staff members, perform daily upkeep and clean game room, organize and stock supplies used in the game room, monitor patrons and equipment during rides to prevent accidents
