- Creation and oversight of a thriving children’s ministry that served over 150 kids weekly.
- Served as youth pastor for 15 years developing worship teams, mission teams, sports outreaches, camps, retreats, student leadership, and youth and family counseling.
- Pioneered successful community skateboard ministry for 12+ years including the planning, funding and construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. community skate park on the Goodyear campus.
- Master planned the outdoor sports complex on the Goodyear campus that included a baseball field, multiple basketball courts, 2 sand volleyball courts, the skate park, and family picnic area, as well as the Life Center which was used as the indoor teen and kids center, full service coffee bar, and event and concert venue for the church and the community.
- Worked with a staff of 5 full time pastors for vision, strategic planning, recruitment and training of team leaders, and the development of numerous church and community programs.
- Project manager of the creation and operation of a full function a/v presentation and TV studio with a 3 screen, 4 camera system that required a 10 person highly trained crew. Personally trained and developed the volunteer crew of over 40 members.
