Manage onsite County fuel location. Order all B-5 Diesel and E-10 Unleaded fuel for said location. Enter Petro Vend invoices into fleet management system for payment. Assist all county employees with fuel malfunctions of pin numbers, fuel pumps and all offsite Voyager cards.
Download mileage, gallons used and pricing from Petro Vend and Voyager. Process and audit each fuel transaction to ensure proper mileage and cost per gallon charged is correct.
Regularly check prices and buy from active venders off Washington State Contract to ensure lowest pricing possible.
Maintain inventory levels to ensure we have common items needed to expedite services and repairs. Put inventory number on item and invoice, code with vender number and object code. Post inventory receipts into fleet management system to ensure correct inventory and order point.
Issue supplies to all walk in traffic from Thurston County Departments throughout the day.
Process all repair orders and material issues at the end of each month. Check for accurate billing of parts, supplies and shop labor.
Handle all payable questions and concerns from outside venders.
Perform annual inventory count. Reconcile any and all discrepancies.
Unload and distribute all incoming freight to their respective departments.
