  • The full-time night auditor is the only one present overnight, therefore they are approved to make manager decisions during the shift
  • Performing check-ins, check-outs, taking all phone calls, scheduling maintenance and housekeeping orders for all units, etc
  • The night auditor plays a significant role on the team balancing books and auditing all agent errors throughout the day
  • As the only full-time night auditor, I covered all information about the overnight shift during team meetings
  • Having to remain professional at all times and represent the company to the best of my ability
  • I also answer multiple calls regarding reservations or answer simple questions for guests
  • Aside from resort work the front desk agents oversee sorting mail and packages for all departments and guests and putting coffee and/or water out in the lobby

  • I worked with the covid team for a long time at this job
  • This is where I learned a lot more about how to work as a team
  • We had to process shipments of covid tests together
  • Each team member had a quota to meet before going home

  • I would often finish my work and then help my co-workers finish there so we could all go home on time
