I was involved with daily operations and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant.

My main duties include but not limited to:

-Biosolids coordination

-Operating and making adjustments to the ATAD (Autothermal Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion) system

-Operating and making adjustments to the RDTs (Rotary Drum Thickeners)

-Operating and making adjustments on a Westfalia centrifuge

-Monitoring SCADA and trends to make educated process changes

-Maintain and calibration of all process probes and controllers including D.O.,pH,TSS, Turbidity, ORP, Ammonia, and Nitrate of several different brands

-Repair and replacement of motors and pumps

-Daily building checklists eyes, ears, smell, temperature, and vibration

-Daily tailgate to go over everyones duties for the day

-Main laboratory backup

-On-call rotation every four weeks

-Creating work orders in the Fiix system

-On a maintenance work order rotation that included but not limited to:

Greasing bearings, motors, and pumps

Inspecting make up air units and exhaust fans replacing filters and belts

Rotating Equipment such as pumps, drum screens, RDT's, clarifiers, polymer blending units, non-potable water stations, etc.

Inspection and maintaining of effluent discfilters

Changing of lights and replacing ballasts

Cleaning clarifiers, pulling hair ropes off of valve keys, cleaning buildings, tool inventory, cleaning floats and scum vaults, etc.

While I was part of the Collections crew:

-Operated and maintained a Vactor jet truck

-Operated a Cues TV truck

-Operated and maintained lift stations
