  • Have increased volume YOY with Publix and increased converted items volume.
  • Developed new split femur bone program which will enable Cactus to install new capital equipment with Publix volume.
  • Have coordinated transition of elimination of Aspen program and kept JBS in good standing with Publix with elimination of Aspen program.
  • Have reinitiated MV peeled outside skirt program after Publix had dropped.
  • JBS continues to be Publix largest beef supplier.
  • Worked closely with inside sales on Brookshire Groceries, Amigo’s Distribution, Quirch Foods, and Houston Meats to help increase volume and what their current business status may be like and where JBS can grow.

  • This includes development of Angus programs, case ready multi-vac cuts, case ready grinds(over wrap trays and lid stock patties), and fresh offal.
  • Combined volume of 3,000,000 lbs. weekly for all programs while being two of the largest margin accounts for JBS.
  • JBS grew to be the largest beef supplier for both retail groups over my tenure.

  • Started chilled fresh program in 2001 to Far East on choice Holstein cuts and various frozen offal/box beef cuts to region.
