care included WV well child checks, Family planning, Breast and cervical cancer screening, WV vaccine program, disability physical exams for Medicaid, along with the chronic health care, preventative health care, DOT physicals. I also worked with the Black Lung program and when we built the new clinic we were able to have x-ray on site as part of the Black lung screening.
as part of community out reach I collaborated with local stakeholders for annual health fairs, sports physical clinics, I participated on the Crum community improvement board and lead a grant to install a walking track at the local high school to promote safe areas for exercise and part of improving health outcomes for chronic care issues such as Diabetes.
