As a Production Associate at Bando USA, my role involved supporting the manufacturing process by efficiently operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards where met throughout production. You are responsible for following detailed work instructions, monitoring the performance of equipment, and identifying any issues that may impact production efficiency or product quality. Regular tasks include inspecting raw materials, performing routine maintenance on machinery, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets.

• Set up and operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
• Check products for accuracy using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges.
