•     Conduct proactive patrols to deter crime and ensure community safety within the City of Laurel.

•     Respond to emergency calls, traffic collisions, and criminal incidents in compliance with department policies and Maryland state law.

•     Prepare detailed incident, arrest, and investigation reports for use in court proceedings.

•     Utilize body-worn cameras, mobile data terminals, and evidence management systems effectively.

•     Maintain the safe environment for the forensic patients and staff members

•     Restrain patients that exhibits volatile behaviors towards themselves or others

•     Manage the schedule of all the officers at the site.

•     Enforce the company’s guidelines and policies on the officers I supervise.

•     Patrol the closed Rosewood property.

•     Repel all trespassers that enter the property.
