  • Designed NASCAR’s first Sourcing & Procurement department to support a newly merged company responsible for managing $760M in indirect spend and created an innovative Supplier Diversity Program in support of company’s DEI strategy and goals that has quadrupled their diversity spend in the first year of the program as well as changed how sponsorship agreements are built to include DE&I clauses and shared KPIs
  • Implemented a business partner management practice for the management of national suppliers that improved the service levels, service and quality of goods, and created an ecosystem of collaboration to drive innovation in our operations.
  • Spearheaded a cross functional project with executive stakeholders to develop policies, processes and governance, implement Source to Pay platform (WorkDay) in nine months from business case approval to go live
