I am responsible for operating the cash register and accurately handling cash, card, and mobile transactions while providing fast, respectful customer service in a high-traffic environment. In addition to cashier duties, I assist customers in locating products, check the store system for item availability at other locations, and recommend relevant products and services to resolve customer needs. I restock and rotate merchandise, organize racks and shelves to maintain visual appeal, and ensure products are properly displayed. I also maintain store cleanliness by cleaning restrooms, sweeping and keeping the parking lot and surrounding areas clean, taking out trash, and following safety and sanitation procedures. I consistently engage with customers to build rapport and loyalty while remaining calm and professional when handling issues in busy, high-stress situations.

I was mainly responsible for operating the cash register and handling customer transactions efficiently. I also provided customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and ensuring guests had a positive experience. In addition to cashier duties, I helped maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, organizing the dining area, and assisting team members with serving during busy hours to keep the store running smoothly.

I managed and organized the clothing inventory, making sure everything was easy to find for both the team and our customers. I took care of tagging and labeling each item, carefully entering product details into the computer system, and keeping our records accurate and up to date. I enjoyed keeping things running smoothly, so I often double-checked stock levels and helped teammates locate products quickly when customers needed them. My goal was always to make the store organized and efficient, creating a space where the team could work confidently and customers could find what they were looking for without frustration.
