Look at the Paper Work and Drawing Carefully to see how much intensity needed for shot peening the parts and which area needs to mask to protect from peening. Make the Strip first using the Manual Machine by setting the Magna Valve and Pressure to peen the correct Intensity as the customer wants before peening the Aluminum and Titanium themselves.
Rack the aluminum or titanium into the basket as the size of the parts. Run the line by dipping all the parts into each chemical tanks. Dry the part completely, make sure the part dry until it's not hot or burn. Dip the parts into the liquid penetrant tank. Wash it gently and dry it in the oven. Send to the NDT Inspector.
Rack the parts with a few types of racker, such as Titanium rack, Clip rack, etc.
Make sure to adjust the correct pressure before blast not to damage the soft or skinny parts.
