During my senior year at Wylie High School, I completed a CNA Certification course through the school. I completed 100 clinical setting hours at Windcrest Health and Rehabilitation in order to complete this certification. During my time at Windcrest, I was expected to complete all of the daily tasks a paid CNA was required to complete. I changed bed linens, fed residents, showered residents, moved residents utilizing a Hoyer lift, helped residents prepare themselves for the day, among many other responsibilities.
