As a character company owner, duties include overseeing operations, implementing and developing business relationships, managing finances, and building and maintaining a strong team. Responsible for hiring, training, managing employees, ensuring customers/clients receive excellent service, and that we exceed their expectations. Other responsibilities include coordinating employees and scheduling, maintaining and organizing all inventory, discussing performance details, and handling payroll and invoicing clients. As a subcontracted Enrichment Program Director, my responsibilities were to develop and plan enrichment activities for children and families. Coordinating and organizing community events to showcase the talents of the program participants. I also created a summer camp program that highlighted hip-hop dance, cheer, and yoga. Other responsibilities included creating and maintaining an online platform for upcoming events, program information, and communication.
