Using the Medicine Wheel as a model of mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically preparing for college programming is offered to students entering 11th and 12th grades, and recent High School graduates
Summer programming includes; Student Success Course using On Course Strategies, growth mindset, time management, scholarship information, college application process, career exploration, and community building

Cultural programming for students to strengthen their identities in their culture by having knowledge keepers and elders share oral traditions, language learning games, medicine history, hold circle each morning, and learn the importance of native foundations such as the seven grandfather teachings
Learning about the MN Indian Scholarship, the American Indian Scholarship program, the Tiwahe Foundations, AISES, and other programs for native students to attend school or start a career
Internships through Ramsey County Right Track for students to earn a wage during the summer months
Collect student success data to ensure program meets the requirements set out in the grant proposal with the help of external evaluators, Terraluna
Oversee the iLEAD program, a BIPOC male program designed to holistically support BIPOC male students through their college journey from their first term to degree completion

Oversee the Associate Campus Mentoring Program which is a partnership between Saint Paul College and the University of Minnesota Humphrey Fellowship Program to engage Fellows and Saint Paul College students in cultural exchange

Researched, demoed, and implemented online orientation platforms to offer students an interactive and engaging online experience as higher education landscape adjusted to online learning and student services due to the pandemic
Worked collaboratively across college departments to create just-in-time, relevant content to help students navigate college processes and aid in closing the technology skills gap for students
As a result, students who completed this online orientation persisted to the next term at a rate of 73.5% compared to a 41.6% persistence rate for those who did not complete the orientation
Recruit students who assess into pre-college level coursework to participate in yearly summer bridge programming and designed career, tutoring/academic support, and financial literacy workshops to increase knowledge of college resources
