Title III Grant Project Director

  • Researched, demoed, and implemented online orientation platforms to offer students an interactive and engaging online experience as higher education landscape adjusted to online learning and student services due to the pandemic
  • Worked collaboratively across college departments to create just-in-time, relevant content to help students navigate college processes and aid in closing the technology skills gap for students
  • As a result, students who completed this online orientation persisted to the next term at a rate of 73.5% compared to a 41.6% persistence rate for those who did not complete the orientation
