• Regularly update tenants on upcoming events or changes happening within the building
• Oversee renovations projects, ensuring completion within budget constraints and established timelines.
• Plan and schedule general maintenance, major repairs and remodeling projects.
• Respond to Common Area Maintenance (CAM) inquiries.
