On my free time, I like to go to the movies, hiking, traveling and mountain biking. My dad thought me the basics of auto mechanics and whenever I have a chance, I like repairing my own cars.I also enjoy cooking as a way to relax.

Chávez-Jauregui, The research was called “Postharvest quality of Achachairu (Garcinia garneriana) fruit harvested in maturity stage.” The main focus was to measure the nutrition facts of Achachairu fruit. We used DCPIP (2,6-dichlorophenol-indophenol) to test for vitamin C and the Bradford Assay to test the total protein of the fruit compared to others in the market. In addition, we determined the total soluble solids or sugars (TSS) by Refractometer, firmness of the fruit with the Penetrometer, fruit acids by titration, calculated the sugar/acid ratio, juice content, dry matter content with the Microwave-oven quick method, total soluble solids by VIS-NIR, starch content by using iodine, and moisture content of dryfruit.
