As a Package Handler, safety and teamwork are top priority.

A Package Handler should always:

• Follow safety guidelines and continue to keep up on a safe work environment.
• Assist and guide fellow Package Handlers with any questions on learning the work flow.
• Know the proper lifting techniques to prevent strain and injury. A lift with the legs and a Basic Lift with gripping onto a top corner and the bottom corner parallel to it.
• Understand and utilize provided tools and equipment for scanning or transporting packages
• Upkeep on proper hydration by drinking plenty of water and providing to others.
• Contribute reliable aid to other stations if need be (Loadside, Unload, Van Lines, Smalls, etc).
• Remove Jams and prevent blockage of the flow.
• Manage higher mass of shipments during peak seasons while still in a timely manner.

The Prep Cook position involves preparing and maintaining stock of specific menu items, fruits, and vegetables. A Prep cook must always make sure to stay ahead on stock to keep customers satisfied with great food service.

A Prep Cooks job is to:

• Batter and cook all fried chicken menu items (Tenders, Bone-In, or Homestyle).
• Respond and put together tickets involving dessert and salad fixing orders.
• Wash, peel, and/or cut up all fruits and vegetables for Servers and Grill Cooks to have ready for serving.
• Keep up with having a clean and hygienic prep station for all food preparations.
• Clean up and close up the Prep Station before the end of your shift.

Dishwashing often focus on maintaining a clean and healthy work area with washing all supplies and wares.

A Dishwasher must be able to:

• Stay on par with the stack of dirty dishes and kitchen supplies and upkeep the cleanliness.
• Keep all dishware, kitchenware, and utensils scrubbed clean of any and all filth.
• Complete transport of all cleaned dishes and supplies to designated areas within the kitchen area.
• Continue to keep the Grill line and Server area stocked with freshly washed dishes.
• Gather all trash within the premises, toss it out, and replace with freshly bagged, empty trash bins during the shift
• Teach any new hires on how to follow dishwashing and restaurant protocol to continue a positive work environment.
• Clean up the dish area and make sure it is in safe work conditions to prevent harm.
