Throughout my career, I have developed a deep respect for the human resources role and take pleasure in guiding my team members to ensure their understanding of safety policies and procedures, as well as the reasons behind them. Witnessing the growth and development of my team members into leadership positions brings me immense satisfaction. Store Manager

As a store manager for Starbucks, I handle all things managerial. I am very organized and am great with multitasking in a high-paced environment. In addition to running the day to day operations of the store (ie. inventory, coaching staff, customers, etc.), I also handle hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, documentation, staff development, and separation. I host bi-yearly reviews with each member of my team and additional meetings for those aspiring to grow within the company. I guide my team in an uplifting and inclusive environment by ensuring they are following the policies and procedures set forth by the company as well state and federal laws.

As an AGM with Panera I have worked close with getting to know the staff, as well as focusing more on scheduling and hiring. During this time we were in constant transitions with associates and management. We were short handed in both departments; my GM and I worked well in sharing the extra duties. I spent time not only working on schedules at the cafe as well as at home, but also aiding with food ordering and running solo shifts.

It had been a rough spring/summer for the company and the world, but some of us stuck around to back the company and each other to pull through. During this time, I continued my duties as the scheduling manager for the duration of my time at the location on Meacham in Schaumburg.

As a Team Manager with Panera I was a facilities manager. I was relocated during this position towards the begining of Covid to a higher drive-thru volumed cafe (at that time) to aid in managing the staff and restructuring the cafe along-side the current GM. I spent a lot of time focusing on areas that needed to be repaired, reorganized, and sanitized. I began opening most days (the long shift) and was able to get to know a lot of the morning regulars on a more personal level.

I began my career with Panera at the end of 2018. I trained at a high-volume store and was placed at an older cafe about to relocate. I gained experience with opening, closing, orders, and scheduling. I was certified to teach the Proof to incoming hires while it was available. I even had the opportunity to be part of a new cafe opening/relocation. I had a pleasurable time learning more and growing with my team.

I began my first role as a manager at a family owned breakfast cafe in McHenry, IL. I realized I enjoyed the position and guiding my team. With this company I was tasked with scheduling for FOH and BOH. I got to know my team well. We did a decent amount of catering, delivery, and on site banquets. I also placed day to day bread orders and bi-weekly orders for cooler, freezer & dry goods. I learned a lot about the day to day functions of the industry and greatly enjoyed my time with the company.
