· Served on the Product Implementation Talent Council since 2019 and led more than a dozen knowledge sharing sessions

· Selected to serve as change control/management co-lead to aid with product platform evaluation & roadmap roll-out. Initiative was cancelled due to funding and all work archived for future retrieval to aid with ongoing platform evaluations

· Participated on Humana’s Future of Work Advisory Council to assist with associates returning to work

· Selected for Disney PSX 2020

· Served on the Advisory Committee of the Community Relations Programs for the Humana Foundation for 2 years

· Assisted with writing process documentation including the ACCESS NRG Ally Toolkit

· Implemented a Product Implementation Mentor program for leadership and associates

· Coordinated with 6 NRG’s to produce a PTSD Awareness Panel
