Responsibilities include creating monthly work schedule for all seasonal employees, managing the front desk operations, customer service, and handling a semi-annual inventory of gift shop items. Maintained positive and meaningful interaction with guests of all ages and from all over the world, as well as having an extensive knowledge of the books in the museum library which assisted with patron inquiries.
