Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)

• Developed scalable software solutions for the MCF-Shopify App, enabling the international expansion of merchants' fulfillment services. This included designing account-linking APIs and asynchronous jobs to support i18N, while ensuring responsibility isolation.
• Collaborated on development and release strategy across the company with Shopify developers for MCF-Shopify App enhancements, enabling seamless Amazon-Shopify integration and laying the groundwork for merchants to launch their fulfillment services in new global markets and payment methods.

Project Santos

• Worked on a greenfield project with strategic significance for Amazon’s business, which allows merchants to offer the Amazon Prime experience to customers in their DTC stores.
• Developed Clickstream’s data plane service, designed to process high volume clickstream events, considering merchants’ tenant data isolation and encryption in mind.
• Led the server-side collection project by developing the BRD with the PM, MLP vision, and stakeholder alignment across 3 to 5 teams for SDK integration for clickstream collection.
• Designed and developed a clickstream server-side SDK, and contributed to an in-house, highly available, and highly scalable clickstream service.
• Led the security and privacy review, created a threat model, identified and implemented fixes for potential security gaps, and collaborated with the AWS security team to apply Amazon’s high security standards to the service.
• Played a key role in an organizational operational improvement effort by defining an organization-wide operational excellence process, and conducting OE meetings and initiatives.

Alexa Feature Discovery

• Designed architecture for a proactive feature discovery service, which is used to power experiments for Alexa on headless and visual content.
