Summary

My volunteer work provides experience helping a non-profit organization with daily tasks and needs. Not only am I friendly and helpful when assisting employees and animals in need of care, but I've learned many invaluable quick care skills, nutrition knowledge, and an ability to be detail oriented while multitasking. I am driven by cause to work diligently to accomplish measurable impact within wildlife rehabilitation.

Working in the service industry has provided me with indispensable people skills. Working with a high volume of customers and ensuring the satisfaction of up to 30 guests at one time has fostered a unique ability for creative problem solving to ensure that all customers are satisfied in a timely manor. I work to suit others needs and have learned the skillset to turn an unsatisfied customer into a happy one. My communication skills have been sharpened to a T as I am constantly speaking with guests and transferring messages to colleagues, upper level management, and back of house staff.
