Experience

I have been cooking since I was 9 years old. I have worked for Sunflower 3 times, first two times as cooks and the last time as a deli clerk then in a year I was Deli manager. I was told I had to learn how to decorate a cakes, and cupcakes, so I taught myself. I did quite of bit of baking but it was with pre-made bread, but once I began working at McClain I had to bake bread from scratch. I also had to make or come up different desserts to prepare for the elderly when I worked at Beau Ridge. I have always loved to cook, just needed a break from it after 20 years.
