  • 2014 - Promoted to Lieutenant over patrol - Began and organized a criminal interdiction effort with patrol officers within the city, which culminated in several hundred arrests over a 2-year period for drug offenses and other criminal offenses and which culminated in lower crime rate statistics for the city during that same time frame

In 2017, as a result of my efforts in the previous years criminal interdiction efforts that had been conducted within the city, I was awarded the 100 Club Officer of the Year award for the Horseshoe Bay Police Department.
