I've streamlined the routes to make them run more efficient and cost effective. I would evaluate deliveries, load size, mileage and hours worked. I was able to eliminate over 30 routes in the past several years, saving the company over $2.5M a year and still leaving room for growth.

I've changed the way the drivers collected outstanding balances. By retraining the managers, supervisors and drivers on how to collect, in a short period of time we were able to get our outstanding balances down from a little over $900k to just under $600k a week. With this decrease it enable the company to have more weekly cash flow.
