Summary

As a resident of El Dorado towers for the past 4 years, I would like to kindly ask to elect me as the president of the association's board for the term in 2025.


With my proven track record of identifying solutions to existing problems and issues, I would be able to help the board and the residents with the required plan, direction and assistance in getting the current outstanding issues to be addressed and rectified.


In addition to this, with my vast business knowledge and experience, I would work towards getting all the residents to cumulatively suggest and agree on a 6 month future plan for EL Dorado Condominium.


As we all know, there has been quite a few hurdles in the progression of the condominium's projects. I strongly believe that with correct planing, business skills and effective communication we all can work on this as a collective.


Efficiency is of the key here. If i get elected as the president then that would be my main goal together with financial freedom with cost cutting measures and re-negotiations for the condominium's association.
