  • As a Senior Officer Specialist and CTO I have assisted in educating new staff members BOP policy and show them the day to day operations of the institutions in hopes to help them in their career for them to set goals to help achieve success.
  • While supervising inmates on work details I have given directions, set goals and evaluated their performance and provided coaching to address inefficiencies.
  • On a daily basis I check my equipment and inventory and report any missing items or repairs needed for damaged equipment.
  • Every day I assist inmates and co-workers in following standards, policies and procedures.
  • Continue to strive for an overall safe environment with inmate training of safety procedures.
  • Educate myself daily by learning more bop policy to followed all policies and procedures to deliver quality work.
  • Assisted with staff training to enforce quality, safety and sanitation guidelines.
