In my time 6 years as Managing Partner we saw a sales growth from the year that I took over to the last complete year I was in that position, we saw a sales growth of 32%. Year over year we saw increases in sales, profits, and guest The location I was put in charge of had a reputation of not being able to keep salaried managers, in my time there I never lost a salaried manager and was able to get 3 of my tenured managers promoted to my position in other locations, and also got several hourly employees promoted into salaried positions, not just in my location, but many to other locations as well to help them out. Before I was in my current position, I was a Senior Manager in a training center location and was the primary trainer for over 50 managers in training, while still being responsible for maintaining a high level of execution of operations in that location. I've always enjoyed training and the learning opportunities it brings working with a diverse range of people.
Was the part owner of this particular restaurant, and was in charge of ensuring a profitable establishment. I had anywhere from 140-160 employees working for me at any given time and 10 managers that worked under me that I was responsible for giving guidance and direction to ensure positive results in maximizing profits. My primary responsibilities included budgeting and reviewing the financials for the store weekly, as well as going over inventory and ordering (food, equipment, etc.) for the store so we were as fiscally strong as possible. Another important part of my job was coming up with creative ways to increase sales through understanding the community and establishing relationships with other organizations to promote our name and get more guests in the door, incentivizing employees to maximize sales while the guests are in the doors, and providing the highest quality experience to get the guest to continue to come back.
