I started working for Nautical when I was only fourteen years old as a dockhand and after five years was training the fourteen and fifteen year olds coming in as new hires. Ensuring that we provided our members and rental customers with top notch experiences while maintaining the safety of them and our employees was my priority. I learned a lot about dealing with different personalities and growing as a leader along the way.
