  • As an instructor/evaluator I would conduct training and evaluations in compliance with Boeing standards and policy.
  • I would deliver 2hr to 8hr Bond and Ground aircraft building courses.

  • Teaching these courses I would need to ensure I was able to meet the Boeing established timelines.
  • This included the introduction, slide show, covering the publications, classroom test and safely completing the lab assignments with no safety infractions.

  • Received an anonymous letter that arrived in the mail shortly after employee was fired that she stole a customers BMW out of their unit. After 2 months of going thru files and emails I was able to figure out what customer had their car stolen and was able to contact customer who was stuck in Europe due to covid. This led to the customer not suing company.

  • Managed multi-organizational group consisting of eight hundred military and civilian personnel representing as key Quality Inspection Manager.
  • I would evaluate each of the units processes on the operational readiness in the areas of military operations, unit efficiency, readiness, training, safety (including units 5S program), and evaluation programs.
  • These evaluations were completed to find the Key Performance Indicator's to ensure the commanders had the tools needed to properly align the units under the same processes and AF technical orders as a flying Squadron.
  • Once evaluated I would score the unit and then brief the unit Commanders on the findings, recommendations to correct deficiencies and then set up a reevaluation if needed.
  • In addition to that duty I was also the primary advisor in one unit to all HR and Health and welfare issues (First Sergeant) pertaining to 75 Enlisted members and 56 Officers.
  • I was also a highly skilled C-17A Instructor and Evaluator aircrew member.
  • During this time period I instructed 300+ students and evaluated 50+ Loadmasters on worldwide missions both combat and non-combat related.
  • Ensured 100% safety for all loading/downloading and inflight duties to include running critical aircraft emergency procedures if needed.
  • Flew a number of PHOENIX BANNER missions which are 'Special Air Missions' that directly support the President of the United States.
