Prior to this, I spent nearly a decade at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where I progressed rapidly from a Grill Cook to Restaurateur and later served as a Field Leader and New Restaurant Opening Lead, driving operational success across multiple markets.

  • Lead operations and team development for a group of restaurants in NYC, driving business growth and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborated with marketing, recruiting, and training leaders to align on strategic initiatives for long-term success.
  • Opened two NRO's in NYC with plans to open 5-6 in the next 18 months.
  • AUV of 6.4 million, 100% company owned, currently no drive thru's at my existing restaurants. Running 20-25% EBITDAR while leading region in compliance related costs such as NYC Fair Work Week. Strong results in weekly/monthly premiums and tracking.
  • Reporting to Regional Vice President while I lead an Area Leader of Recruiting, Area Leader of Marketing, Area Leader of Training, and two General Managers.
