• Verified income, assets, and expenses, and completed file tracking sheet for each applicant.
• Maintained original leases and renewal documents in digital and hardcopy format for property management office.
• Monitored timely receipt and reconciliation of rent collections in accordance with landlord and resident statutes.
• Delivered emergency 24-hour on-call service for tenants on building issues.

Performed same duties as Merchandise Manager, except reporting directly to him. The company was purchased and insourced to Live Nation in 2019.

• Oversaw management of over 300 properties while providing general maintenance service to tenants.

• Performed all rental property inspections for move in/move out as well as routine inspections to insure quality control of tenant conditions
