Kevin Dorsey-Notter

Summary

Starting out as a part-time crew member at a local McDonald's, I worked my way through the ranks as a Crew Lead and then Shift Manager. I was highly effective at maintaining smooth store operations and delivering high-quality, efficient service. I have since graduated from UW-Platteville with a bachelors in Ecological Restoration and French Minor.

Now, I am currently employed with Heartland Ecological, where I lead crews onto various job sites around southern/central Wisconsin. Job sites range from public areas with high traffic like parks, basins and ponds in developments to more rural and remote places. I communicate directly with Project Managers and help create plans and strategies to meet restoration goals. I communicate these plans to my crew and perform the duties as required.
