• Developed and implemented OSHA-required training and certifications for mobile equipment operation, crane operation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and safe glass handling
• Enforced safety policies and procedures with a strong emphasis on PPE compliance and injury prevention
• Conducted safety and fire prevention audits and inspections to identify hazards, deficiencies, and corrective actions

Plastic Injection Molding (Pet Products)

• Led health, safety, and environmental programs for a 1,200-employee workforce across five manufacturing locations in TX, CO, CA, and TN
• Developed and implemented all OSHA-required EHS programs, including safety training, incident investigations, mobile equipment certification, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Emergency Action Plans (EAP), environmental compliance, hazardous waste, and HAZWOPER
• Directed emergency response preparedness, drills, and Emergency Coordinator certification across multiple sites
