Currently working on Comedy Skits and a multicam Podcast for two clients. Sync all media, organize projects in DaVinci Resolve, and color projects. Add stock clips, sound fx, and music as needed. Edits done utilizing scripts and/or notes. Also work on Sizzle Reels, Music Videos, Real Estate Home Tour videos, and Shorts.

Responsible for LTO backups, rendering media, exporting media, and uploading media to cloud service. Transferred media from SD cards and ingested media. Synced multicam media in Final Cut Pro and organized projects.

Took on AE tasks and transferred media from SD cards through Auto Transfer, logged media into media tracker, and ingested media into Avid. Synced and grouped media, and distributed multigroups to story producers, showrunners, and editors' projects. Created transcripts via Otter AI, built scripts in Avid and script synced. Distributed transcripts to all projects. Ingested archive to Avid via Box, OX tagged archive via Archive Ox, transcoded and organized archive, and distributed archive to all projects. Prepped and exported cuts for editors, compressed cuts via Media Composer, and uploaded cuts to WireDrive. Built and exported stringouts and uploaded to Vimeo. Brought in music and sound effects, stereo audio, transcoded audio, and distributed audio to all projects. Communicated regularly with showrunners, story producers, and editors with updates and tending to any fixes and/or needs they had.

Observed and sat in with skilled editors and assistant editors working on Adobe Premier Pro and Avid Media Composer. Sat in with editors during meetings with directors. Gave feedback and made suggestions during editing sessions, and assisted in finding stock footage. Answered phone calls at reception desk and took client messages. Stored drives in the vault system using the app Sortly. Mailed out drives, picked up equipment and drives, and went on runs. Participated in foley sessions as needed. Created Blu-Ray discs as needed. Watched films for quality control.

Editor for the CSUN senior thesis film Folsom. Cloned footage and sound to hard drives via DaVinci Resolve. Transcoded footage in DaVinci Resolve. Set up project in Avid and worked with another editor, sound department, and director to complete our senior thesis film.

Took raw footage and audio files to put together John Fogerty - At Home Concert digitally during COVID-19 pandemic. Worked closely with Director/DP utilizing multi-cam footage. Color corrected, utilized transitions, and adjusted/balanced audio levels. Digitally delivered to client on time.

Created an awards presentation video for the 2017 Apollo Awards hosted by the California Copyright Conference from various raw footage. Carefully selected most effective shots and incorporated audio files and titles. Submitted edits for approval and made edits until final approval of video was given. Project delivered on time and presented at awards ceremony.
